Dapol Kitmaster Motorised Chassis To Fit Battle of Britain Kit
This chassis will fit the plastic kit of a Battle of Britain class loco made original by Kitmaster and now by Dapol . The body of the completed kit will need to be modified underneath to except the mechanism . The chassis itsrelf is fitted with the kimaster cylinders and slides ,front bogie and trailing pony frames . All the wheels are metal tired correct pattern ones and the chassis frames are brass . The motor is a standard Hornby X04 type with different worm fitted . It does run but some fettling is needed or a better quality motor fitted to achieve better running . This was removed from a Kitmaster body that was very damaged so I know it can be fitted to the current Dapol one . The drive rods etc. are nickle silver not plastic .

;Now for the terms :- All items I list are to the best and most honest description I can give but a full refund will be given if buyer feels that it has been wrongly described and gives me reason that they think it was a miss description this would also include postage but item must arrive back to me in the same condition as it was sent. If an item is purchased and is not exactly what the purchaser required again a full refund will be given but the return postage would be at the purchasers own cost. All items are shipped at cost plus just a very small amount for packaging as I try where possible to recycle packaging but you cannot recycle packaging tape etc. I gladly except bids from overseas but any loss of parcels posted abroad will not be accepted by me unless buyer has paid a premium for insurance loss. All items will be packed to a high standard which will increase the weight of item, as much lightweight packaging will be used as possible but not to the extent of compromising the rigidity of the parcel and item/s enclosed.
